Anavyssos

Estate in Anavyssos. The architectural configuration of the estate, covering an area of 5500 m2, began in March 2007 and was completed in May of the same year. The project lasted about two months.

It is a large green space, with a large amount of sunshine throughout the day. A ready-made lawn with excellent density, texture and color was installed throughout the year.

Tall shrubs were planted around the plot, such as Photinia fraserii, Eleagnus ebbingeii, Viburnum tinus and Pittosporum tobira. Surfaces were created with clusters containing small and large shrubs, aromatic plants and perennials. Impressive Olives (Olea europea) were planted at the entrance of the estate, which were architecturally perfectly combined with the existing very large Cypress trees (Cupressus sempervirens).

Locusts (Ceratonia siliqua), Arias (Quersus ilex) and Ornamental Plums (Prunus pissardii) were planted in specific parts of the garden. Also in the background of the estate was created a crop with fruit and citrus trees, a vegetable garden and a vineyard of about one acre. In order to architecturally highlight the space and the house in general, paved paths and surfaces with pebbles and wood were created.

A fully automated irrigation system was installed throughout the garden using solenoid valves and a central stop control programmer. Pop up for lawn irrigation and a self-adjusting drip pipe for watering trees and shrubs were used.
