As part of this collaboration, GreenArc undertook the complete reconstruction of the irrigation network as well as the architectural configuration of large parts of the estate. The present estate had for years insufficient care, resulting in an intense accumulation of problems.

The problems are many, especially in terms of fertilization, irrigation and pruning of all crops, resulting in their almost zero yield. The estate's ornamental trees, shrubs and lawns are in a highly cachectic stage.

It is a great challenge for us to restore the crops to decent yields as well as the general reorganization and architectural uplift of the entire estate.
